Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning of guest rooms to include:  dusting, vacuuming, changing bed linens and cleaning bathrooms.
  • Ensures all guest room items are in good repair.
  • Reports any maintenance concerns to management
  • Cleans assigned public hallways including light fixtures, handrails and vacuuming/stain treating of carpets.
  • Deep cleaning of guest rooms and public areas as required.
  • Handles guest inquiries. As a Housekeeper you will be expected to work with our guests to ensure overall satisfaction. This position must take the initiative to be creative when resolving guests inquires/challenges.
  • Takes the initiative to think outside the box by predicting our guests needs/wants.
  • Works in various areas of the hotel housekeeping department as needed.

APPOINTMENT COORDINATOR

Staffing Plus is assisting a national technical school to find exceptional Appointment Coordinators.  The Appointment Coordinator is responsible for placing outbound calls as well as answering inbound phone inquiries.  The Coordinator is the first impression for the school, so it’s imperative the person is friendly, customer service driven, articulate, able to think on the fly, and develop a 
personal rapport quickly.  The Coordinator explains the admissions process to the student, answers questions regarding the program, fact finds in order to assess 
interest and sets an appointment for a campus tour.

Must have own transportation due to the need to travel to work assignments possibly in one or all of 4 buildings on any given day. Due to the time it takes to walk between buildings and the safety of the candidate, walking from one building to the next will not be an option.

INVENTORY ANALYST
Our busy, client-focused office needs a reliable, well-organized Inventory / Data Analyst to handle day-to- day operations with a focus on efficiency and time management. The Inventory / Data Analyst will be responsible for all clerical functions including (but not limited to) billing, inventory reconciliation, data entry and validation, and assisting customers with general inquires, etc. We’re looking for an energetic associate who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats while working closely with the Inventory Manager and Corporate Support Staff. 4. Removal of load locks, chains, and tanker equipment.
5. Boxing, inventorying, storing and mailing of personal items left in trucks.
6. The use of grinders to remove decals from the truck.
7. Remove decals from trailers with grass burner
8. Use of air guns and small hand tools.
9. Jump starts vehicles when necessary.
10. Moves trucks around the yard.
11. Drive forklift.
12. Dumps garbage as necessary.

  • Ability to work in the elements.
  • Ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend, reach, and kneel throughout the daily shift.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in sheetrock and framing a must.
  • Must have a working knowledge of and be comfortable with hand tools, power tools, and use of a tape measure.
  • Must have great attention to detail.
  • Must be able to work on own without the requirement of direct supervision at times.
  • Great interpersonal skills a must.
  • Knowledge in plumbing and electrical a plus.
